ARCON Selected for ASC and Imaging Center Tenant Improvements in Katy, Texas

The ARCON Group has signed a contract with Townsen Memorial Hospital to perform Tenant Improvements converting an existing structure in Katy, Texas into the Park Row Ambulatory Surgery and Imaging Center. The existing structure is one-story, 15,000 square foot building.

Work began in the Fall of 2022.
