As Vice President of Operations, Justin is directly involved in all phases of the preconstruction and construction of various healthcare projects. With 15 years of construction experience working with large commercial construction projects, he is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of developing a project.  He works closely with the members of the project Team to develop effective communication tools and procedures for administering preconstruction and construction management services.​
